This form will remain fully confidential and will not be shared with anyone. The answers are only used for KinkyPlayzone (KPZ) video productions.

Through the different questions, we collect mandatory legal information as well as your wishes and limits for filming. These answers can obviously change over time, either way. It is possible to update them and we are automatically notified.
The answers are sent as a PDF to the actress and to the production team, and are also stored on the server. They can be referenced at any time.

By filling out this form, you express your desire to shoot videos with the KinkyPlayzone production.

Important note

You are about to define your desires and limits. First, you get explanations and illustrations for each theme. Then you can rate them. Remember the rating is not final. You are free to change your mind.

In any kinky session, whether private life or professional shoot, everyone must have a safeword. This safeword instantly stops the session if something goes wrong. Respecting this rule is essential and will of course be respected by the KPZ production. Do not hesitate to use it; we will remain attentive to you.

Below you will find the explanations and illustrations for the different themes.

Struggling

You will be tied up in different ways and positions, and your goal is to try to free yourself by struggling during the video. A vibrator or optional accessories can be added if you agree.

Tickling

You will be tied up and tickled in different ways.

Orgasm contest

While tied up, you'll have a vibrator placed or held between your legs. Two possibilities:
- You must hold back your orgasm as long as possible
- You let go and we count how many orgasms you have within a set time

Duel fight / Domination

A goal or challenge is given at the start of the video. The actress winning the challenge gets to handle the losing actress. There is no real limit to the number of actresses possible in one video.

Drooling

Whether tied up or not, you'll wear a gag that makes you drool. You're free to play with the drool if your hands are free.

Impact

A classic BDSM game where you receive impact via different accessories defined together beforehand: flogger, whip, paddle, cane, spanking, dragon's tongue whip, etc. The intensity will of course be agreed together based on your endurance.

Electro games

Consumer electrodes (like those used by physiotherapists) will be placed on you while you're tied up. The goal is to feel sensations, not pain. If you've never tried it, you'll be accompanied and tests will be done before filming.

Rating explained

By filling out the following information, you can indicate which themes you want to take part in or not. For each theme, please give a rating from 0 to 5.
0 = you refuse, you do not want to film on this theme
1 = slightly interested
5 = extremely interested

Nudity is not mandatory.
Accessories are optional and require separate consent.

Compensation

We defined compensation as follows:
- 150 EUR for a nude video.
- 100 EUR for a topless video.
- 75 EUR for a lingerie video.

An additional 100 EUR is paid for each block of 100 sales per video across platforms.

Publishing the videos

Actresses may publish the videos on their own platforms.

- No video may be published on free sites or platforms. Only the teaser and photos provided by production may be used and shared on free platforms.
